Conditions of sale

These general conditions of sale are granted between the club Best Animal, association of private right, whose seat is street 25 November, nº 792, 3885-713 Maceda – Portugal, and NIPC identification number – 514 753 188 hereinafter called « Best Animal “and anyone over the age of 18 who wishes to make purchases via the website www. bestanimal.pt hereinafter referred to as “User”.

The parties agree that purchases made through this website will be governed exclusively by this contract excluding all conditions previously available on the website.

All content on this site is the property of Best Animal. Any use, reproduction, total or partial mention of its contents is prohibited and would constitute an offense if it is realized without the prior authorization of Best Animal. Best Animal can not be held responsible for any damage caused by the use of this site. By using and registering on this site implies acceptance of our terms.

 

In the event of an error in the stock, Best Animal undertakes to return the amount paid by the customer, or if the customer wishes, to replace the product with a product of the same value, without being able to claim compensation.

 

Order

The user can send his order through the designated purchase process on the website mentioned above.

  1. To send the order, the User must first be:
  2. a) Registered on the website providing the requested information, namely Address, Phone, E-mail.
  3. b) Perform the “Login” (providing a combination of e-mail and password chosen by the User at the time of registration).
  4. c) Fill in the information and choose the options available during the check-out process (delivery and billing address, payment method, etc.)

The sending of the order by the User is equivalent to the full and complete acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale as well as the general conditions of sale which will be the only ones applicable to the contract thus concluded.

 

Payment

All prices include VAT at the legal rate in force in our country.

The user can choose one of the following payment methods:

  1. a) Bank transfer

In this case, the customer must send a copy of the bank transfer to the email address info@bestanimal.pt.

  1. b) Credit card – follow the instructions for making the payment. 100% secure process managed by Redunicre-Unicre Av. Da Boavista, 1681, Edif. Bristol, 5th floor, room 8 e9 – 4100-132 Porto.
  2. c) PayPal – You can order online simply and securely, using only an email and password. It is not necessary to enter a card number or copy entities and references for Homebanking.

 

* Orders that are not paid within 48 hours will be canceled.

 

Expedition

Orders will be sent as soon as possible and after confirmation of payment thereof. Normally, within 48 hours the user must receive the order (only for Portugal Continental).

Best Animal will always strive to meet these deadlines, not assuming any liability for inconvenience or damage arising from non-compliance.

If the outer carton is damaged when receiving the goods, you must open the packaging and confirm the products in the presence of the person responsible for transport. Any damage must be mentioned on the carrier’s delivery slip for the activation of the insurance. You must also report the problem by e-mail (plataforma@bestanimal.pt) within 24 hours to Best Animal, sending pictures of the damaged product. The product in question will be refunded as soon as possible, if it is not available it will be exchanged for another of equal value if the customer wishes or simply refunded.

 

Customer Satisfaction Policy

In case of dissatisfaction, the customer must notify Best Animal within 48 hours of receipt of the goods, and has a return period of 14 days. (See “Right of withdrawal” below)

The return costs are the responsibility of the customer, and the goods must be returned properly packaged, with all its components, accessories and in perfect condition, without showing signs of use. It is not covered by the Commercial Satisfaction Policy the return of open packaging or those presenting conservation damage (humidity, rodent holes and / or aesthetic changes of packaging).

 

Guarantees

In the case of products that are mentioned “non-contractual photo”, it will be provided a product similar to that of the photo, may have a slight difference in color and does not coincide with the image presented. Given the artisanal nature of certain products and accessories, there may be small differences in size or slight variations in color.

Information form on the right of free resolution

Right of free resolution:

The consumer has the right to the free resolution of this contract within 14 calendar days, without having to indicate the reason.

The period of exercise of the right of cancellation expires 14 days after the day following the date on which you acquired, or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, the physical possession of the property, or in case of plurality of goods, the last good.

In order to exercise their right of withdrawal, you must inform the CLUB BEST ANIMAL, a non-profit association, whose registered office is Rue 25 Novembre 792 – 3885-713 Maceda – Portugal, e-mail address info@bestanimal.pt, de your decision to terminate this contract by way of an unequivocal statement by letter sent by mail or e-mail.

In order for the withdrawal period to be respected, your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal must be sent before the end of the cancellation period.

Effects of free resolution

In the event of termination of this contract, we will refund all payments you have made, without delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision to cancel this contract. We make these refunds using the same method of payment used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed;

in any case, not incurring any costs following such a refund.

A-We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods, or until you provide proof of delivery of the goods, whichever comes first.

B – You must return the goods as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days from the date on which you inform us of the termination of the contract. It is considered that the deadline is respected if you return the goods before the expiry of 14 days;

C – You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You will only be liable for the depreciation of goods resulting from handling that goes beyond what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.
